• “First Time Free” Rescheduling a Cancellation Policy – We get it. Things happen. If there were some hiccups and, for any reason, you need to cancel, we will provide you with a refund and not charge any cancellation fee. We can also reschedule at an available time of your choosing (schedule permitting). This policy applies on the first occurrence every six months. Each cancellation and rescheduling after will incur a 30% fee which will be taken out of the provided refund.
• Timely Service Guarantee – Unless discussed before beginning shoot, all photos will be delivered within 24 hours of the end of your appointment. We know how important it is to get your pictures back and your listing up. We want you to know that you can count on us to get them back to you as quickly as possible. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver on this promise and get you the photos within the 24 hours specified, we will refund the ENTIRE cost of our service. It’s important to you. It’s important to us.
• Customer Satisfaction Guarantee – Maybe we just didn’t quite hit the mark this time. We will do what we need to in order to make it right. If you need a picture redone, then we’ll go out a retake it. If we’re just not the ones for you, we’ll be sad, but we’ll refund you the cost of your entire service (hopefully we gave you enough photos to get your listing up in the meantime). This policy applies on the first occurrence.
• We expect the home to be prepared for us to take photos. We will do some touch ups to get every picture just right, but we will not do any cleaning during the appointment.
• Lockbox code must be provided at least 30 minutes before appointment start time. If code is not provided before that timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel appointment and apply our Cancellation Policy.
• At this time, we only provide service to LUCAS & WOOD county. I know! We want to be out there too. We see you Sandusky and Henry county, but at this time it’s hard for us to justify our low prices with the travel costs. If you must insist and really want us out there, send us an email and we can possibly work something out.
